Only the database operator appointed by the Association will have the access to your data and will not communicate it to any third parties.

We may also share your personal data with the Sri Lanka Post Office, to send you mail, as well as the Whatsapp group of the Association to send you news, photos, videos, invitations and any communication about the Association

Your personal data will be kept in a password protected computer at the house of the Association. We will not disclose your Personal Data to parties who are not authorized to process them.

Where permitted by applicable law or regulation, you have the right to:

• Update or correct your personal data so that it is always accurate.
• Delete your personal data from our records if it is no longer needed for the purposes indicated above.
